Initially, you will lead the hands-on deployment of our platform at defense manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless integration and immediate impact. Over time, you will transition into a leadership role, building and managing a dedicated team to drive operational excellence, agility, and resilience for defense manufacturers.Key Responsibilities

• Hands-On Deployment Leadership: Directly manage the initial implementation of Pelico’s platform at defense manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless integration and immediate operational benefits.
• Strategic Account Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key defense sector customers, ensuring Pelico’s solutions enhance their operational capabilities and support mission success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, marketing, product, and support teams to tailor solutions specifically for the defense industry, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the successful implementation of Pelico’s platform at defense manufacturing sites, focusing on improving efficiency, mitigating risks, and solving complex challenges.
• Team Leadership and Growth: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operations and success team within the defense sector, preparing for a transition from hands-on deployment to strategic leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 7 years in defense operations or similar high-stakes environments, with a strong background in managing defense customer relationships.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of defense industry operations, technology, and challenges.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, particularly in advanced manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• Communication Abilities: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Growth-Oriented Mindset: Ability to lead change and innovate within a complex and evolving sector, with a focus on continuous improvement.
