- Strong knowledge of software delivery, processes and tools leveraged in a mature IT environment.
- Successful agile/scrum experience.
- Solid knowledge of unit testing and overall delivery process.
- Creativity, critical, analytical thinking and well-developed problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and committed to excellence.
- Experience working on legacy, long-running, and business-critical applications.
- The ability to respond to interrupts such production incidents on a routine basis.
- Database architecture expertise.
- Prior participation in application modernization efforts.
