As a Data Entry Specialist, you will provide support by collecting and entering data as assigned.Training for this position will be onsite at our South Jordan, UT center. Training will last approximately 2-3 weeks or until successful training requirements have been met.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(90%) Data Entry

• Pulls reports, reviews for errors, and sends reports to Manager, Administrative Operations
• Collects receipts and posts receipts on Wells Fargo accounts

(10%) Performs additional duties as assignedRequirements:Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years customer service and data entry experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proficient with using computer systems and typing
• Must be able to handle multi-level phone system with a high volume of calls at one time

Preferred:

• Medical terminology background
