Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be a vital part of our team, helping ensure that our medication providers can focus on what they do best—supporting patient health. Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Contacting pharmacies and assisting with prior authorizations
- Completing medical forms and processing documentation
- Scanning, filing, and supporting the overall office workflow
- Support patients requiring urine drug screening (UDS), including scheduling, providing instructions, ensuring adequate supply inventory, and obtaining results from lab. Details
- Schedule: 20 hours per week, with Mondays required and the rest split between Tuesday–Friday
- Pay: $18/hour to start
- Perks: $100 signing bonus after 90 days + a raise at 6 months
