  • Lead and manage the Remote & Automation team, including developers and QA engineers.
  • Oversee lab operations to ensure stability, availability, and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement of lab infrastructure, tools, and processes.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams.
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
What You'll Bring:
  • Extensive experience managing technical teams and projects.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
  • Solid background in Linux system administration and networking.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python) and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
  • Knowledge of database systems and architecture.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools (PyTest preferred) and remote access technologies.
