We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Administrator to support our operations with administrative and financial tasks.Job Summary:The Executive Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a tenacious, problem-solving mindset. The role is primarily remote, with one required day in the office per week.Key Responsibilities:Financial & Accounting Support: Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.Administrative Management: Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as document management, correspondence, scheduling, and data entry.Operational Coordination: Support leadership with reports, filing, and other operational needs to enhance workflow efficiency.Communication & Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.Qualifications:Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a nonprofit or arts-related organization.Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and general financial administration.Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.Comfortable working remotely while maintaining consistent communication with the team.Schedule & Compensation:Part-time role with flexible scheduling to fit the right candidate's availability.Hourly Rate: $23/hourPrimarily remote, with one required in-office day per week in Coral Gables, FL.
