Director of eCommerce - DTC

Description:

• Stella & Chewy's is a beloved brand in the pet food industry.
• Seeking a skilled and passionate Director of DTC to drive our online sales.
• The Direct-to-Consumer Director will execute Stella & Chewy's online DTC strategy.
• Lead CRO initiatives to improve website conversion rates and maximize sales.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive DTC ecommerce strategy.
• Oversee all aspects of the DTC website, including user experience and checkout optimization.
• Analyze website performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce activities.
• Establish a culture of experimentation to efficiently grow the performance media budget.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in leading and scaling ecommerce operations for a high-growth DTC brand.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, including website design, user experience, online marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with popular ecommerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics).
• Preferred : Experience in the pet industry or a subscription driven industry.
• Proficiency in ecommerce tools and platforms, especially Shopify.
• Experience working with/managing agencies and holding them accountable for KPIs.
• Creative thinker with experience in developing and executing strategies.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
• P&L Experience.
