Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in customer service or travel preferred. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality is a plus. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems).
