You’ll be our internal expert — running real transactions through Fairway, testing edge cases, advising high-profile customers, and directly shaping the platform’s future. If you love catching complex errors, obsess over multi-state checklists, and want your expertise to scale nationwide through software, this is the job for you. What You’ll Do:
- Run live transactions through Fairway to verify quality and accuracy
- Surface issues and provide structured feedback to product and engineering
- Serve as a strategic advisor during customer pilots and demos
- Support onboarding, training, and success of dealers, fleet management companies, and processors
- Build internal testing protocols and help define our Fairway Certification program
- Stay current on title rules across multiple states and flag changes or nuances
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 5+ years in dealership, fleet management, or title agency operations
- Have multi-state titling experience
- Have built or enforced title checklists or QA procedures
- Have trained or supervised other clerks — or acted as the go-to person for complex deals
- Are excited by new software and want to make it better
- Have exceptional attention to detail, pattern recognition, and communication skills
