You are: A detail-oriented Operations & Finance Associate who has excellent communication skills and time management. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in any way you can. You are skilled at stakeholder management and navigating competing priorities. You have experience in operations, strong organizational skills, and an inclination towards being outcome-obsessed. Overall Responsibilities

• General Operations: Handle the administrative aspects of corporate software, including conducting follow-up communications and maintaining clean data records.
• Process Management: Drive, mold, and enforce operational processes that span multiple teams, functions, and companies.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain essential documentation such as operational playbooks and training materials to streamline processes.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter contact information and other relevant data into our database systems.
• Ad Hoc: Other financial, legal, and business operations tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Operations Experience: Proven experience in operations, driving business operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Crypto Native: Strong understanding of crypto communities and deep understanding of the communities you're involved in.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive: Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, database management, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools.
