We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven Founding Sync Agent to join our new artist management and booking startup built around purpose-driven music and long-term artist growth. This is not just a job. This is a calling. And you won’t just be another agent — you’ll be the first Sync Agent, helping lay the foundation for our agency’s future, including the opportunity to eventually build and lead a full sync division.

We’re building something intentionally, and we’re looking for someone just as intentional to join us on the ground floor. What You’ll Do

• Pitch music to sync agents, libraries, and licensing platforms
• Pitch and place music with film, TV, ad, trailer, and game music supervisors
• Leverage existing relationships to secure placements for sync-ready indie artists
• Use your industry relationships to secure sync placements for independent artists
• Collaborate with artist management to curate and prepare pitch-ready tracks
• Collaborate on pitch materials, metadata, and catalog strategy
• Stay current on sync trends in TV, film, ads, trailers, and digital content
• Keep track of leads, contacts, and placements in our CRM
• Represent the agency at industry events (optional, but encouraged)
