And there is a lock box beside each bedroom door which has the key to that room, and its code changes after each guest visit. There is a booking system which informs you daily exactly who is checking in to each bedroom on that day. Your task is to on the days where there are guests expected, you email each guest the welcome email from a defined template, include the current room code for that room and the front door code.
