Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a calm and positive manner. Required Skills and Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A friendly, customer-focused attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude towards challenges. Ability to work well under pressure and handle high volumes of inquiries. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. Experience: No prior experience required ? this role is ideal for freshers or individuals with little to no professional experience in customer support. Prior customer service or call center experience (even in non-remote positions) is a plus but not necessary. Working Hours: Full-time and part-time remote positions available. Flexible shifts to accommodate different time zones. Some weekend and holiday work may be required, depending on customer demand.
