Deposit Administrative Analyst(Fully Remote)
Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our team with data processing and administrative tasks. This is a contract position with an initial timeline of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST (flexible within this window)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks
- Utilize email systems for communication and task management
- Conduct basic online research as needed
- Navigate and operate multiple software applications (training provided)
- Collect, process, and analyze data to support data-driven decision-making
- Perform data entry, including copy-pasting between systems
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly
