Cargo - internal support

- Provides real time support during an assigned shift to internal customers in cargo, ramp, sales, customer service and other operating groups relating to cargo and dangerous goods
- Support includes a broad variety of subject matter such as: product information, security, dangerous goods policies/procedures/clearance, automated system applications usage, revenue management and embargoes
- This support also consists of UC360 system testing, providing guidance to customers on how to complete transactions and assistance on how to address error messaging
- Responsibilities include providing support to internal customers regarding dangerous goods handling that may involve remote dangerous goods acceptance
Qualifications
What's needed to succeed:
- High school diploma required
- Knowledgeable about cargo operations, processes, policies and procedures
- Experience with UC360
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work any shift, weekends and holiday
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
