You will be asked to test various consumer items purchased online and provide thorough, confidential feedback directly to our team. This role is focused solely on gathering internal data and does not involve writing or posting public reviews on any platform. Responsibilities: ? Receive Assignment: Get instructions on the specific product to be tested and the designated online retailer. ? Purchase Product: ? We will fund an Upwork milestone to cover the exact cost of the product (including taxes/shipping, if applicable) before you purchase it. ? Use these funds to order the specified product online. ? Provide proof of purchase (e.g., digital receipt) via Upwork message. ? Test Product: Use the product as directed for a predetermined evaluation period. ? Provide Feedback: Document your experience in detail, focusing on: ? Product features and functionality ? Ease of use and user experience ? Build quality and materials ? Overall satisfaction ? Suggestions for improvement ? Submit Report: Deliver a comprehensive written report summarizing your findings via Upwork. Required Skills & Qualifications: ? Excellent attention to detail and observational skills. ? Strong written communication skills (English) to articulate feedback clearly and concisely. ?
