The Role Company: Total Shape Location: Remote (Work from Home) Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 monthly (based on experience) We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Chat Support professional to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for providing top-tier support. Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and effective solutions
• Maintaining records of customer interactions and feedback

Ideal Profile Qualifications:

• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously
• Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
