The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills to handle exceptions and cross reference information in forms against client accounts and procedures. Responsibilities
- Enter client details such as name, DOB, SSN, and address into internal systems.
- Follow documented procedures to compare and verify form data against system records.
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain a processing rate of at least 4 items per hour (each item averaging 10 minutes, with flexibility for complexity).
