Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers.

  • Understand insurance carriers and concepts including drug cards, major medical benefits, and per diem coverage.

Requirements

  • Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
