Chat Support
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for online inquiries, assisting with questions about housing programs, applications, and general support. This role requires excellent written communication, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Respond promptly to online chat inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide information about housing programs, eligibility requirements, and application processes
- Assist residents and applicants with account issues, documentation, and scheduling requests
- Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records of chat conversations and update resident information in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of inquiries
- Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance the overall customer experience
To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Need:
- Previous experience in chat support, customer service, or administrative assistance
- Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and tone
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in chat support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
