Job Title: Night Shift Office Clerk - Compliance Reporting Employment Type: Part Time Schedule: Monday to Friday. (Weekend availability may be required) Shift Times: Night Shift, 4-5 hours a night, typically 11:45pm - 4am Location: Remote WFH in Utah Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Due to specific state tax regulations and licensing requirements, we are currently only able to consider applicants who reside in the state of Utah for this position. Job Description
WSI Trash & Recycling Valet provides top-tier service to multifamily communities through reliable trash collection, recycling support, and compliance monitoring. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Shift Office Clerk to assist our operations team by organizing and processing compliance data each night. Your main responsibilities include:
- Review and verify nightly compliance data
- Extract key data points and organize them into standard email templates
- Maintain accurate records of communications sent to property managers
- Flag inconsistencies or issues and pass them to the appropriate team for follow-up
- Assist with additional clerical tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, digital filing)
- Communicate with daytime staff to resolve any reporting issues
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be conscientious, reliable, and with a strong attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow set procedures and work independently overnight
- Basic computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- Previous experience in an office, data entry, or clerical position preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
