Remote Project Manager - Manufacturing & Supply Chain | WFH

Job Overview We are looking for a committed Project Manager to become a vital part of our Manufacturing & Supply Chain team. This role entails overseeing tool crib operations, enhancing storage solutions for parts, and providing guidance to the crib team on daily tasks. You will navigate between desk responsibilities and active engagement on the shop floor, supporting crib attendants in the successful execution of various projects. Key Responsibilities ? Oversee the operations of the tool crib, ensuring optimal storage efficiency for parts and supplies. ? Direct and manage daily activities of the crib team. ? Analyze data and prepare reports to support informed decision-making. ? Collaborate with colleagues and leadership across all organizational levels, promoting a constructive and inclusive workplace. ? Maintain professional communication with suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all exchanges. ? Prioritize and manage multiple projects to achieve timely completion. ? Occasionally operate a forklift (certification required). Required Skills ? Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level), including functions like VLOOKUP and template creation. ? Experience creating presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint. ? Strong spelling and grammar skills, alongside excellent typing proficiency. ? Valid driver?s license. Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. ? 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse or industrial environment (internships will be taken into consideration).
