As a WFH Live Chat Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely and accurate information through live chat support. You will have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our customer service team. *Responsibilities:** - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via live chat - Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate departments when necessary - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company *Requirements:** - Previous customer service experience preferred - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate new software quickly - Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment - High school diploma or equivalent At Smirta Inc., we offer a competitive salary range of $25 to $38 per hour, along with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
