About the Role
We need a Head of Growth / E-Commerce CMO (Consultant) with a strong background in high-revenue DTC e-commerce to drive strategy and execution. This role is hourly, flexible, and NDA-protected, making it ideal for: ? Marketing leaders between roles looking to stay engaged ? Growth experts with a full-time job seeking extra income Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy Develop and execute scalable acquisition, retention, and brand expansion strategies. Omnichannel Marketing Oversee paid media, influencer partnerships, email/SMS, and new channel initiatives. Data-Driven Optimization Leverage CAC, ROAS, LTV, and AOV to refine marketing spend and drive performance. SOP Creation & Process Improvement Help streamline workflows and optimize scalable marketing operations.
