Debt Collector (fully remote)
Our client is seeking outbound debt collectors for a remote position that pays $18 for inbound collections and $21 for outbound collections . In addition to the hourly wage, there is a monthly performance bonus and various incentive programs available. Candidates must reside in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin, Wyoming, or within 100 miles of South Jordan, Utah. Our client operates multiple consumer lending brands, each with distinct offerings and customer criteria. They are looking for experienced collections representatives. Please see the details below: Responsibilities: Efficiently manage outgoing calls to address customers with overdue loan payments Work with customers to find solutions for overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and facilitate arrangements for bringing accounts up to date Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to overdue payments, demonstrating empathy and professionalism Maintain effective communication with customers, explaining the consequences of overdue payments and providing assistance in resolving financial issues. Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, and any other relevant information in Enova's database Requirements: At least one year of experience in collections Preferred experience in a call center environment Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types Multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively Benefits: 401k, Health, dental, and vision insurance including mental health benefits starting day one!
