Requirements

Technical Writer will play a crucial role in creating clear and concise documentation for complex technical information in a way that is understandable to a specific audience and will serve as a bridge between technical experts and end-users, translating complex information into accessible and user-friendly documentation. ? Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. ? Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Strong attention to detail and ability to organize complex information into clear and concise documentation. ? Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Adobe Technical Communication Suite) and version control systems. ? Strong knowledge of information security principles, frameworks, industry standards, and best practices including but not limited to FISMA/NIST, CMS, HIPAA. ? Minimum of 4 years technical writing and editing experience along with excellent understanding of the English language, documentation guidelines, and documentation formats.
