The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Responsibilities and Duties: ? Operate X-ray equipment to capture images of patients' internal structures ? Prepare patients for X-ray procedures and ensure their safety and comfort ? Position patients properly to obtain the most accurate images ? Monitor patients during procedures to ensure their well-being ? Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality ? Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and aid in diagnosis ? Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment to ensure optimal image quality ? Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize radiation exposure risks Qualifications and Skills: ? Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field ? ARRT certification in Radiography ? State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist ? Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment ? Attention to detail and critical thinking skills ?
