Site Manager
What you'll bring to the team: ? Site Managers should have 2-3 years of experience in managing or demonstrated leadership ability with an interest in sales or a background in a selling/operations position. ? Must be customer service and goal-oriented, with high attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and the ability to drive the business ? Availability to work 40 hours+ and a varied schedule to meet business needs ? Self-motivated with good communication skills, sales, and marketing experience a plus, team player ? Ability to perform physical duties in inclement weather ? Experience is preferred but not required ? Car Wash experience is a HUGE plus ? A smile and a positive attitude! ? A welcome collaboration! The Site Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, training, scheduling, and leading team members, profitably growing the business, maintaining overall location cleanliness and high product quality, and other duties that benefit the company and take care of our guests A day in your life might include... ? Managing a team of high-quality assistant managers, sales associates, and maintenance professionals ? Drive quality and excellent customer service through the daily management of employees and site programs ? Effectively answers all customer questions and handles complaints ? Manage sales and volume/ maximize sales opportunities at the site level by directing on-site sales & promotional efforts, while also controlling labor costs ? Prepare daily deposits, safe reconciliation, and other reports, as required ? Responsible for ensuring proper staffing and scheduling for assigned locations, ensuring daily openings and closings are on schedule, and that standards and procedures are maintained ? Ensure all training and development of site staff to company standards, through training ? Appropriately address employee performance issues and recognize top talent ? Monitor and manage the site through cleanliness, value, equipment operation, and service ? Monitor sales performance and deliver feedback to optimize sales growth ? Maintain equipment, chemicals, and other supply inventory ? Monitor service quality, and tunnel operations thus minimizing customer incidents ? Resolve customer complaints promptly ? Create and promote a safe and positive work environment while effectively executing the company safety program ?
