Handle customer complaints and difficult situations with empathy and professionalism. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers. Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked to enhance the customer experience. Continuously strive to improve the customer service process through feedback and suggestions. Attend training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and co-workers.
