About the position The Public Services Assistant at the Elizabethville Area Library is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and support to library patrons. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, managing patron accounts, assisting with locating library materials, and providing basic computer assistance. The role requires a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere and helping patrons navigate library services effectively. Responsibilities ? Manage patron accounts through the library's online software. , ? Assist patrons in locating library materials and provide Reader's Advisory services. , ?
