DescriptionThe Lead Enterprise Architect creates our Reference Architecture strategy by evaluating our business needs and determining the patterns which will drive our business forward. This position will partner with Architects in Enterprise Architecture and across the organization in IT Domains and Segments to ensure patterns accelerate our speed to market and are aligned to our standards.ResponsibilitiesDefine, plan and realize our reference architecture vision.Build holistic view of enterprise architecture templates which fulfill our mission and vision. Reference architecture provides the best practices and ensure alignment to policies, technology standards, roadmaps, modules and tools for enterprise use.Provide direction and architectural strategy on complex and dynamic issues.Engage with leadership and SMEs to understand and build a holistic view of the enterprise strategy, processes, information and technology assets.
