Key Responsibilities: ? Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude as they arrive at the restaurant or front desk. ? Manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring guests are seated promptly. ? Process customer payments, handle cash, and use the point-of-sale system accurately. ? Provide information about the hotel?s amenities and services. ? Assist with guest inquiries, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. ? Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/checkout area. ? Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Qualifications: ? Excellent communication and customer service skills. ? Friendly, professional, and upbeat demeanor. ? Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. ? Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and process payments accurately. ?
