Front Desk Receptionist
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated receptionist to work in a fast paced, growing business. The perfect candidate exhibits excellent customer service skills and be eager to learn and grow with the company. Duties ? Greeting all patients in a professional manner; ? Checking patients in and out ? Assisting patients with inputting information in to iPads. ? Copying insurance ID cards and driver's licenses as well as several other general office activities related to a medical practice. ? Being responsible for taking phone calls, booking appointments, checking out patients, and scheduling their follow-ups. ? This person will also support the front office business administrators, and the Office Manager, in various operations areas and tasks. ? Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) ? Sanitizing and cleaning respective areas as needed ? Provide excellent customer service and communication Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: ? Dental insurance ?
