Requirements ? 12+ months of contact center or customer-facing service experience required. , ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. , ? Experience in providing outstanding customer service through expertise and active listening. , ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. , ? Solid computer and multi-tasking skills. , ? Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Nice-to-haves ? An associate's degree or higher (preferred). , ?
