The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and proactive, with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities ? Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. ? Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives. ? Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials. ? Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are prepared as needed. ? Conduct research and provide background information to support decision-making. ? Assist with personal errands and tasks to enhance the executives' work-life balance. ? Monitor and manage budgets, invoices, and expense reports. ? Maintain filing systems and organizational processes to streamline operations. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise ? High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. ? 2+ years of experience in a similar role, such as personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative support. ? Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize effectively. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ? Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Benefits ?
