Minimum of Two Years Call Center Experience: Your background in customer service, retention, collections, or sales equips you with the skills needed to excel in this role. ? Minimum of 2 Years Collections Experience: Must be revenue-driven, thrive in a team-based environment, and have a strong product knowledge to maximize success. ? Positive Customer Experiences: Build and maintain positive relationships while handling inquiries with professionalism and confidence. ? Technical Knowledge: (Preferred not required) Experience with SEO, listings optimization, Yext, and Advicelocal is a plus. ?
