Work boot reimbursement SUMMARY OF POSITION We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Equipment Operator to become part of our team. This individual will be responsible for safely operating various types of heavy construction equipment, such as backhoes, excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, and rollers. Successful candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operating heavy equipment, have a strong work ethic and ability to learn. TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ? Safely operates construction equipment ? Performs duties such as digging footers, trenching and grading as required ? Adheres to safety policies and procedures ? Completes daily job reports as needed ? Performs other related duties as required by Foreman REQUIREMENTS ? Must be at least 18 years or older ? Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ? 3 years of experience in previous equipment operation is required ? Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs. ? Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions ? Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and meet necessary deadlines ? Must have experience with Microsoft products such as word, excel and outlook ?
