A culture of respect, dignity, and compassion within our team Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) aids nurses (RN and LPN) in carrying out daily living activities. Primary Duties of the CNA: ? Provide care to multiple residents in the facility. ? Observe and respect Resident Rights. ? Assist with personal care and daily living activities. ? Support nurses in admitting, transferring, and discharging residents. ? Help nurses with treatments and resident assessments. ? Assist with restorative and rehabilitation care under appropriate supervision. ? Consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality by arriving as scheduled. CNA Required Qualifications and Experience: ? A current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice. ? Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively. ? Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances require it. ? Capability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
