About the position The Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) at Charles Schwab plays a crucial role in providing dedicated relationship management to mass affluent retail investors. This position focuses on delivering exceptional client service through effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with financial consultants. The CRS is responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving escalations, and identifying business development opportunities while adhering to regulatory compliance standards. Responsibilities ? Deliver unparalleled value and excellent service to clients. , ? Manage a case queue that includes service and research requests of varying complexity and urgency. , ? Schedule clients with Financial Consultants for further consultation. , ? Uncover additional business development opportunities through various avenues. , ? Maintain a firm understanding of regulatory and compliance policies associated with brokerage business. , ? Research and resolve operational inefficiencies, identifying areas for improvement. , ? Utilize business partners and resources to drive scale within the business model. , ? Collaborate with other Client Relationship Specialists to support enterprise goals. , ? Handle client escalations and issues with tact and diplomacy. Requirements ? Understanding of the financial services industry and securities industry. , ? 2+ years in a client service capacity. , ? Active and valid FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (preferred). , ? Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize issues. , ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks. , ? Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
