Participants will gain comprehensive knowledge of facial anatomy, patient consultation, and personalized treatment planning, preparing them for a rewarding career in aesthetics. Responsibilities ? Perform all medical assisting responsibilities for a minimum of one year. , ? Conduct patient consultations, including before and after photos, assessing patient needs, and developing personalized treatment plans. , ? Assist with injectable patients by prepping them for treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers. , ? Educate patients about pre- and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and potential side effects. , ? Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting treatment details and any adverse reactions. , ? Act as a company liaison throughout appointments, introducing team members and escorting patients as needed. , ? Educate patients on the importance of home care prep and ongoing skincare maintenance. , ? Research new procedures and protocols to stay current in the field. , ? Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during treatments. , ? Communicate with patients regarding pre and post-treatment instructions and request Google reviews. , ? Create social media posts and stories at least five times per week. , ? Report treatment results to a supervising doctor, including any adverse reactions. Requirements ? Knowledge of anatomy , ?
