Compensation: • $21.85 per hour Primary Responsibilities: • Install and stock store shelving, refrigeration units, and promotional displays with merchandise as required. • Rearrange the products in the warehouse and on the retail shelves. • Shift goods from the warehouse to the appropriate shelf locations for customer access. • Operate equipment like underwater boats, manual wheeled carts, and pallet handlers for product transfer. • Unveil promotional content like banners and flags. • Keep the backroom supplies in a neat and structured manner. • Inform store managers and Pepsi management about critical issues affecting store performance. • Establish and nurture customer connections at the storefront level. • Adhere to the operating procedures, such as scanning when arriving or leaving and sticking to the prescribed route. • Help is offered during designated periods. • Deliver superb customer care while operating under minimal supervision. • Opt for portable devices to enhance the efficiency of order handling procedures. • Attendance on a consistent basis is mandatory. Basic Qualifications: • To join, participants must be 18 years of age or older. • Fulfill the criteria of the physical capacity examination, if it is a necessary step in the selection process. • To reach various store branches, it is indispensable to have access to personal transportation. • A U.S. driver's license that is valid and proof of insurance must be presented.
