Major Activities: • Adhere to the Company's guidelines to ensure that legal requirements and applicable laws are met; follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulation programs • Provide a speedy and pleasant check-out experience to elevate customer satisfaction • Adhering to strict policies and procedures can assist in reducing errors and theft in cash handling • Make it clear to customers that enrolling in our Rewards program comes with multiple perks including accumulating reward points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases • The VOC survey typically includes questions about the customer's satisfaction with the product or service, as well as their overall experience with the company • Participate in the truck unloading process, and work closely with the team to ensure that all products are inspected and stocked in their appropriate sections as per the standard operating procedure (SOP) • Tasked with completing merchandise maintenance and recovery responsibilities such as handling product returns and the restocking process • Advocate for regular safety inspections and hazard assessments to identify any potential risks or threats to employee safety and wellbeing • With the rise of e-commerce, it is crucial for businesses to have a strong online presence that is accessible across different devices.
