Job title: Managers Who we are: Big-Dill Hospitality is a family-owned restaurant group that owns and operates Muchacho Tex-Mex, Whistle Britches, Even Coast and coming soon Kamila, and many more unique and fantastic dining concepts coming online in the DFW area. Helmed by Chef Omar Flores, a two-time James Beard Semi-Finalist, Best Chef SW and Dallas Rising Star Chef, this is Chef Flores’ newest passion project several years in the making. Position Overview: With plans to open additional locations in 2025, we're looking for ambitious and motivated Managers to join our growing teams in prestigious areas. This role is perfect for leaders who are energetic, self-motivated, dedicated to consistently driving high standards and are passionate about food, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Management to set an example for all servers, bartenders, food runners, bussers, and hosts. The Managers have a firm understanding of FOH operations, recruiting/onboarding new hires, payroll, scheduling, opening, and closing procedures, inventory, etc. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker and take the role of a mentor and coach for your team. In addition, work with management team to ensure staff is properly greeting guests, introducing/recommending menu items and frequent table touches and keeping a clean and organized back of the house environment. Ideal Candidate: · 3+ years working as a General Manager in upscale casual, high-volume restaurants. · Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires. · A well-rounded understanding of restaurant operations to include P&L reports, payroll, scheduling, labor management and product knowledge. · Drives excellence and standards while exhibiting a strong fun culture. · Ability to lead and develop a team to achieve excellence in guest experience and hospitality. · Drive sales and manage cost margins. · Guest-focused and hands-on approach to management · Hospitality or related degree preferred or comparable experience. · Experience with beverage programs and craft cocktails a plus!
