Accounts Payable Clerk
Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team located in Rochelle, Texas. The primary function of this role will be to manage and oversee customer transactions, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate records. This role will be based on-site and offers an exciting opportunity. Responsibilities: - Oversee the process of creating and maintaining booking contracts and invoices. - Ensure efficient invoicing and collection of payments from customers. - Liaise with other departments to resolve any payment or pricing issues. - Maintain meticulous records of all customer transactions. - Utilize your skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, and Coding Invoices to manage accounts. - Perform data entry tasks related to invoice processing.
