Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improving transportation services. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the rail network, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to transportation plans. Work closely with customers to understand their transportation needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Utilize transportation planning software and tools to optimize routes, schedules, and resources. Communicate with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure a smooth and coordinated transportation process. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, including suppliers, vendors, and transportation authorities. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any disruptions to transportation services.
