As Executive Director, you'll lead an organization dedicated to transforming education by integrating evidence-based practices that enhance academic success and student well-being. Job Duties: • Provide strategic leadership and collaborate with the Board to drive organizational growth and impact • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, including foundation partnerships, donor relationships, and grant acquisition • Oversee program development and implementation to ensure maximum educational impact • Manage financial operations and budget allocation to support strategic initiatives • Lead and develop a remote team while fostering a positive, collaborative culture • Serve as the organization's public face, building relationships with educational leaders, foundations, and key stakeholders • Guide research initiatives to demonstrate program effectiveness and drive adoption in educational settings Qualifications: • 10+ years relevant professional experience • Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, psychology, education, public health, or related field • Proven track record in nonprofit leadership and organizational management • Demonstrated success in fundraising and relationship building • Experience managing remote teams and scaling operations • Strong technological proficiency • Willingness to travel 25% within the US Desired Traits: • Personal commitment to and understanding of mindfulness practices • Advanced degree in relevant field • Experience with PreK-12 education sector • Strong research background and ability to communicate evidence-based results • Innovative mindset and creative problem-solving abilities • Commitment to personal growth and authentic leadership
