Responsibilities Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience. , Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards. , Promote company programs such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. , Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. , Maintain confidentiality of all Company information. , Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect. , Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. , Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Requirements Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred. , Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs. repetitively (up to 25 times per hour). , Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. , Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with the use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform. , Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
