Job Overview We are seeking a skilled experienced Mechanics to join our Mobile team as an independent contractor! In the Dallas - Fort Worth Area You will be responsible for repairing various vehicles, engines, and transmission systems. This is a independent contractor position, must have their own vehicle and tools. Techs will be paid on a per job basis on a flat 60%. We have IMMEDIATE WORK AND PAY for you to do! CONSISTENT BIG JOBS AND JOB SECURITY! WE PAY DAILY! We work on passenger, commercial, heavy duty, and fleet vehicles. Our territory is mostly Fort Worth and the Mid Cities. **
Responsibilities:
*** Repair automobiles, trucks, buses, semi trucks and other motor vehicles with both gasoline and diesel engines Communicating to customers about repairs Professional appearance Specialize in vehicle transmission and engine systems Roadside assistance service Perform routine vehicle maintenance Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer NO SIDE GIGS! THIS IS A FULL TIME JOB AND RESPONSIBILITY **
Qualifications:
*** Previous experience as a mechanic MUST WORK WEEKENDS Knowledge of shop equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Must be punctual Preferred knowledge of diesel and fleet maintenance Able to be on call Honesty, reliability and quality are a non-negotiable must! 2 years minimum of experience Must have own tools and vehicle Must have customer service experience Must have professionalism and dedication to work HARD WORK ETHIC AND DISCIPLINE NON NEGOTIABLE Calm demeanor under pressure Must be in good health Must have English proficiency, written and spoken Must be able to lift heavy objects, be underneath vehicles, climb, stand for long hours, and anything required for heavy manual labor Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $125.00 - $1,200.00 per day Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Experience: Mechanic: 3 years (Required) Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Required) Ability to Commute: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road Apply Job!
