Middle School Baseball Coach – Job Posting The Camdenton R-III School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Baseball Coach to lead and develop student-athletes both on and off the field. We are looking for a coach who values teamwork, sportsmanship, and the overall development of young athletes. Responsibilities • Plan and oversee all aspects of the middle school baseball program, including practices, conditioning, and game preparation. • Teach fundamental skills, strategy, and teamwork in a positive and encouraging environment. • Develop and implement a program that emphasizes player growth, discipline, and sportsmanship. • Supervise student-athletes and ensure their safety during practices, games, and travel. • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration. • Coordinate with the athletic department regarding scheduling, transportation, and facility use. • Uphold the values and expectations of the Camdenton R-III School District and adhere to MSHSAA regulations. • Teaching position contingent on availability and appropriate DESE certification. Qualifications • Coaching experience at the middle school, high school, or club level preferred. • Knowledge of baseball fundamentals, rules, and strategies. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to serve as a positive role model for student-athletes. • Must meet all district and MSHSAA coaching requirements.
