As a Swim Instructor at American Energy Swim Club, you will lead swimming programs and offer tailored individual and group lessons to children of different age groups and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a strong love for swimming, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate young swimmers while fostering a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Swim Instructor to be part of our team and contribute to our American Energy Swim Club in Edmond, OK. Responsibilities Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary Requirements Experience working with students of various ages and skills, especially in an educational or instructional setting Proficient swimming skills and knowledge of different swim strokes and techniques Strong background in water safety and survival skills CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult) Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching abilities Effective behavior management skills to handle challenging situations with children professionally Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus, showing an understanding of working with children in a structured environment A genuine passion for swimming and working with children Apply Job!
